Exchanges

All items sold go through a quality check before they are sent for delivery. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item(s)). Kindly email us at exchanges[at]myecobabe[dot]com and affix the photo of the incorrect item(s).

We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and will allow exchanges on all our regular priced products within 7 days of receipt, should you require a change in size or design. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Please note the exchange item should be of a price equal to or higher than the original item that you are returning, or alternatively an item of lower value but with no refund of difference in cost. Exchange is subject to availability.

All items for exchange must be returned within 7 days of receipt in a new and unused condition with tags/labels in place. Please note that shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for all exchanges. MyEcoBabe will not accept exchanges of items that have been washed, worn, used and/or garment tags removed.
